How to Apply for an ESA Camp:

    To be fair to all campers, our policies are: -

  1. The Deposit required for all camps is a minimum of $30
    (This is non-refundable if you change your mind).

  2. A surcharge may apply if applications are received after closing date.

  3. Assist us by applying early, as applications close one week prior to camp.

  4. No phone bookings accepted.

  5. Full fees are to be paid before camp commences

  6. Cheques/money orders are to be made out to ESA Country Ministries
    (no cash in the mail please).

  7. FAX bookings are only accepted where it is legible and payment is included (eg credit card payment).

  8. Transport to and from camp is the camper's responsibility.

  9. Extra Camp Application forms will be sent to you upon request
    and are available on this web site.

  10. Confirmation of your application, plus further information will be mailed approximately 10 days prior to camp.


Please Note: Incomplete Application Forms will cause a delay in your application being accepted. This delay may result in the camp being full before your application has been accepted. If the camp is full you will get a full refund.
